Isogenopack

Isogenopak is a rigid PVC film cladding often used for both internal and external pipe or duct insulation. It is virtually impermeable to water, self-extinguishing, and resists chemicals and corrosion.

Because of its lightweight and inherent curl, it’s relatively easy to wrap and secure using adhesives, rivets or tapes. It is ideal in environments where a smooth, cleanable finish is required (labs, food processing, hygienic installations).

Proclad / ventureclad

These are high-performance jacketing systems made of multilayer laminates with pressure-sensitive adhesives. They are zero-permeability barriers and come in flat or embossed finishes.

Key features:

  • Strong adhesion even at low temperatures
  • Excellent resistance to UV, moisture, mould and environmental stress
  • High puncture/tear strength
  • Cuts and installs easily, with minimal tools
  • Helps mitigate “corrosion under insulation” issues

They are often used where enhanced sealing and longevity are essential, especially in outdoor or industrial settings.

polyisobutylene

PIB cladding is a flexible, multi-layered sheeting often used as a vapor barrier and jacketing layer. It is valued for its excellent impermeability and ease of wrapping around complex geometries.

While less rigid than PVC or metal, PIB is suitable in many duct and pipe cladding applications—especially where flexibility is needed.

Metal

Metal jacketing (aluminium, stainless, or coated steel) remains a classic choice when mechanical protection or an industrial aesthetic is prioritized.

We typically use metal cladding when:

  • Heavy duty impact or abrasion resistance is required
  • A robust exterior shell is mandated by design or regulation
  • A finished architectural or industrial appearance is desired

Metal cladding can be formed into sheets, profiles or panels, and is often combined with internal layers (like vapor barriers or vapor-tight liners) to meet technical demands.

Our Approach & Expertise

  • Site Assessment & Material Selection
We begin by evaluating each project’s unique requirements, considering factors such as environmental conditions, mechanical stresses, and aesthetic preferences. This enables us to recommend the most suitable cladding materials—be it Isogenopak, ProClad/VentureClad, polyisobutylene (PIB), or metal jacketing—ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

  • Customised Design & Specification
Understanding that every installation is distinct, we provide bespoke design solutions. Our team collaborates closely with clients to develop detailed specifications that align with regulatory standards and specific project needs, ensuring both functionality and compliance.

  • Expert Installation & Quality Assurance
Our experienced installers adhere to industry best practices, ensuring precise application and secure fitting of cladding systems. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the installation process to guarantee durability and safety.

  • Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Post-installation, we offer comprehensive support services, including regular inspections and maintenance recommendations. This proactive approach helps in identifying potential issues early, extending the lifespan of the cladding system and maintaining its performance over time.
